Summer might be coming to an end but I'm not letting go! Also citrus season is technically coming up so this is really an autumn/winter drink if anything! This bright refreshing cocktail is only 3 ingredients and super simple to make!

We made the limoncello for this ourselves, but understand if you don't fancy waiting 4 weeks in order to make this recipe.

🛒Ingredients

50ml Limoncello

Cava / Prosecco

Sparkling water

Mint

Lemon slice for garnish

📖Method

In a short glass with ice, pour in 50ml of limoncello

Top up with 150ml (ish) of prosecco

Add a splash of sparkling water

Garnish with a sprig of mint and slice of lemon

Enjoy!
